FAQ
Fabric Printing Questions
What file format should I submit for printing?
We accept Adobe Illustrator (AI), PDF, and high-resolution PNG or TIFF files (minimum 150 DPI at print size). Our design team can also prepare print-ready files from your concepts.
What fabrics can you print on?
We print on polyester, polyester-blend chiffon, satin, crepe, and nidha. Sublimation works best on fabrics with a high polyester content (80%+). We can advise on the best fabric for your design.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum for custom single-piece orders. Bulk pricing applies from 10 metres. Contact us for wholesale pricing on orders of 100 metres or more.
How accurate is your Pantone matching?
Our Epson SC-F6400 achieves 99.8% Pantone color accuracy. We provide a printed color proof before full production to confirm your approval.
